characters, fruitcake, dark chocolate and hints of
roasted walnuts all integrated together seamlessly
with a freshness contradicting age.

Taste
The palate is very complex with raisins, fruitcake,
dark chocolate and vanilla prominent with hints of
liquorice also apparent.

Decadent dark chocolate tart, premium aged
cheeses, or simply on its own.

Winemaking
The wine has spent a minimum age of 20 years
in small oak casks. These years spent maturing,
combined with 6 generations of fortified winemaking
experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its
style and quality year in, year out. The wine is fully
matured and ready for immediate enjoyment.

Ideal Drinking
While this wine will sustain some bottle age, it is best consumed within 12 months.
